GRADE 1
Age: At least 6 years old by June 2008
Credentials:
- Photocopies of Birth & Baptismal Certificates (original copies to be presented)
- Certificate of enrollment/Photocopy of Report Card/Certificate of completion of Pre-school Course (for those who attended)
GRADE 2 to HIGH SCHOOL
Credentials:
- Photocopies of Birth & Baptismal Certificates (original copies to be presented)
- Photocopy of latest Report Card or Form 138
- Certificate of Good Moral Character/ Letter of Recommendation from the Principal of the school last attended
Reminders
Examinations start at exactly 8:00 am.
Be at the waiting area before the start of the
exams.
Bring the following writing materials:
Pencil – from Preschool to Grade 3
applicants
Blue or black ball pen – for Grade 4 to
College
Length of Exam:
1-2 hours for Preschool to Grade 3
4 hours for Grade 4 to College (with a
20-minute break – 9:30 am.)
Get test result from the Registrar’s Office on the specified date
OFFICE HOURS – 7:00am – 5:00pm (NO NOON BREAK)
